2022 ESC ventricular arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death guideline
For survivors of cardiac arrest caused by ventricular fibrillation or haemodynamically not-tolerated sustained ventricular tachycardia, with no reversible cause, an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator is recommended for secondary prevention.
