2022 AHA/ACC/HFSA heart failure guideline
For stable chronic symptomatic HFrEF with NYHA class II–III symptoms, LVEF 35% or less, sinus rhythm, and resting heart rate of at least 70 bpm despite maximally tolerated beta-blocker therapy, ivabradine can reduce heart-failure hospitalizations and cardiovascular death.
