2022 AHA/ACC/HFSA heart failure guideline
For symptomatic chronic HFrEF, an ARNi such as sacubitril/valsartan is recommended as the preferred renin–angiotensin-system inhibitor when feasible to reduce heart-failure hospitalization and cardiovascular mortality.
